I have accidently deleted a user profile in Windows Vista. Now it always
created a "Temp" profile whenever the user login. Changes made on the
desktop "gone" after restarted the PC.

Anybody can help???

You'll need to delete the user account to which that profile belonged,
and then create a new account for the user.

You mean i have to create a new account on the AD?
Basically the profile name is the same as the login name.

No, that wouldn't be necessary. You'd failed to mention that this was
concerning a domain account; that makes a significant difference.

You'll need to use Regedit to search the registry for, and to delete,
all instances of keys containing that user's login name. Once that's
done, the user can then login, using his/her domain credentials, to
create a new profile.

I'm not sure system restore will handle this kind of a hiccup, but it's
worth a try. A recent disk-cloned backup, if available, may also work.
