User Switching Problem

I'm logged in to my name.. i log off to switch user.. (still logged in) and
as soon as i log out fully from the other name it locks up.. and kills the
screen.. happens after SP2 is installed...... I'm getting fustrated with it..
i thought it was add on software but even a fresh install with sp2 does it...
so.. its all windows.. any idea's
