Hello

I set up my Windows Vista welcome screen so that users have to ente
their username and password. I want one certain user name to alway
appear at the 'username' field at the Windows startup, so that I wil
only have to type the password.

To make it clear, I don't want Windows to automatically log in to tha
user account (I do know how to set this up). And I don't want othe
accounts to be seen on the welcome screen either

Thanks

Hi Mary,

I don't believe you can force this when using the secure logon dialog.
Windows will always display the last username that was logged on.

Is there no way to do it?!

I wonder whether I can at least have a picture above the username an
password on the welcome screen (instead of an empty square). Pleas
advise
