When the computer is turned on it will display a number of emails unopened
against my username. Some will belong to me and others to a person who also
used used to use live WLM. This other person no longer uses this computer so
how do I remove him or stop the unread messages for the other person against
my username being displayed?

Greetings Bob,

TweakUI can fix this for you. To do so, download the TweakUI powertoy:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/p.../powertoys.asp (see on the right).

After you have TweakUI installed, click Start, All Programs, Powertoys for Windows XP, and
choose TweakUI for Windows XP. In the TweakUI window, on the left, click Repair, choose
'Repair unread mail count' and click Repair Now.
