Hello you pro's

I have a problem creating new user acounts.

Not that creating is a problem but the new user has to login to the
terminalserver (Windows Server 2008 x64)

at login I get the error:
"Service userprofileservice faild the logon".

The user's profile is NOT created and in the registry the usersettings are
not created.

Please HELP
