It is well written. But highlights the problem nicely.

What do you think of a company that will not sell you the product you want.
But tell you what they want you to run? Have we become so passive that we
even accept it?

Many are not. Many are not going for the XP double dip either. If you
bought a PC in the last year and are not satisfied with your Vista
experience, you either have to let Microsoft double dip you for XP or switch
to Linux. BTW, Linux runs real fast on the new hardware.

Would Microsoft want to put that to the test? Maybe allow vendors boot
screens to ask the users if they want Vista or XP?

I want Windows 3.1 back! Everything else has been bloatware! Windows 3.1

Lets be serious here!

XP with IE7, Media Player 11, the new black theme for zune or the one from
media center called ROYAL that works with XP without a hack, and some
FREEWARE applications that do the same crap as vista does with its stupid
sidebars
etc is actually better.

And you can select what crap you want installed. Not like vista that you get
the crap wheather you want it or not.
Even the remove components is not flexible in vista...

Vista sucks... and you are stupid.

XP is better than vista because it was made by a team who wanted to make
computers easy to use,
while vista has a GUI design thats made by monkeys trying to make it look
cool but lacking basic understanding
of design and human- computer interaction.

XPSP3 will be 2008 technology Sir. It will be better than your Crap Vista
for 2000 and eight reasons!
