Hello,

we are migrating into ad and I´m thinking how to migrate their local
profiles into ad profiles...
What is the best practice for that?
Thank you for your tips!

Thank you for your tip, but as far I understand it - this is about migration
from nt domain to ad. We have no domain at all and going into new 2003
domain.

Users have their user account with datas on local computer + they have also
domain account which is "clean" and if they log into it, they have different
desktop, docs etc...

I ´ m looking for something which will integrate theese two accounts into
one AD account.

Thank you!

Hello Pechar,

If there are only 2 user accounts i would logon as domain user and log off.
So the profile is created, then logon as local administrator and copy the
local profile to the domain user profile.

Best regards
