You need to use the appropriate Desktop folder:
1. Go to the Windows Orb (Start), type Shell:Common Desktop and press Enter
to display the Public Users desktop folder.
2. Go to the Windows Orb (Start), type Shell

esktop and press Enter to open
your personal desktop folder.
Make a note of the different locations.
