Using ADMT Version 3.0

HI,
Good Morning.
Using ADMT version3.0 i need to migrate from 2000 Server ( windows 2000
native) to windows 2003 server ( windows 200 native) all users, group and
computers.
When migrating users along with password export server i receive an error
" Unable to establish a session with the password Export server. The
Inerface is unknown."

I refrred the ADMT guide and established the Password export server. Even
then the samee error occuring.
Help me in this issue.
