That should not be happening unless your account is also installed on your wife's
Windows Mail. You can have the same mail account on multiple computers, but
you must configure them to leave copies of emails on the server.
In Windows Mail: Tools, Accounts, select the account, Properties, Advanced,
select the option "Leave a copy of messages on the server." You may also
want to select one of the two 'remove' options.
