using emule with windows vista

I have recently downloaded emule software and have found that each time i
start up i have to go through the setup wizard each time. I keep getting an
error message failed to initialise cryptokeys - secure indent failed.
Basically the program is stopped from being able to download files for emuls
servers sites. Any hints as to fixing this problem?

I have never used that program...
But start with getting the latest version with any applicable updates.
Verify it is compatible with Windows Vista.
Check the Emule support site.

Try running in compatibility mode or contact the developers to determine if
its a certified application that works under Vista. I would go with
BitCommet though.

I have used the latest version with no problem on vista...
the latest claims vista compatibility fixes

Emule is rubbish, try Azureus Vuze, much better programme in my humble
opinion.
