Hi,
If the update requires User interaction it will notify the user to install.
If the scheduled install time is missed it will also notify the user to
install updates.
The NoAutoRebootWithLoggedOnUsers will only prevent an automatic reboot
from occurring with logged on users provided an expired deadline update has
not been installed.
