I am having trouble using IIS.

My problem is that I am far from an IT Pro and the only thing I want to use
it for is testing my PhP scripts locally. I don't have any idea how to post
the pages to my local server without having to jump through a million of
those "Are You Sure?" bubbles that pop up in Vista.

I want to be able to copy files to the inetpub/wwwroot directory and edit
them without jumping through all these hoops, can you guys give me a hand?

Oh and I tried just unchecking the "read-only" box in the directory
properties page, it just changes it back the second I close the dialog box.
