Hi Guys

I am new in using LDAP as a concept itself. I would like to know whether the
following is possible and if so, how that can be implemented using MS
provided Active Directory Service?

1. Designing to develop a web based application, which will have the
database from difference locations. This is the crux of my question. I would
like to have single application (hosted in a server) should point to various
Databases based on the login id provided by the user.

2. To complicate the things further, the userid and password for accessing
the required server & database and later to the application.

Can anyone give some lead on this?
