Hi,

I have an older version of echange server that I use to syncronize my
desktop computer. Active sync only supports newer versions of Exchange
Server so my question is, is there a way to sync my desktop computer:s
exchange server contacts and schedule to my smartphone without using my
incompatible Exchange server.

Thank you

You can synchronize to ActiveSync on your desktop only. Synchronizing
directly to Exchange requires Server ActiveSync, which is only
available in Exchange 2003 (as well as the MMIS, which is no longer
available). Exchange 5.5 support ends at the end of this year, so you
should be looking to upgrade shortly.
