Hey, i had setup a second admin account on my vista home edition, and
i wanted to use programs that i had installed while logged onto my
earlier user. I could access the programs, but the saved data wasnt
there (i.e. when i opened BitComet, my download history and settings
were blank). Is there any way i can use these programs with my
history, or do i have to install them all over again and waste my disk
space? if anyone can help me with this, pls post or mail me. thanks in
advance.

I think this is a security issue as well. Different user accounts shouldn't
be able to access other accounts data unless it is in the public folder.
