Using Scanstate to transfer files back to XP

I am working on Windows Vista certification and have transferred files with
Windows Easy Transfer (WET) and User State Migration Tool. WET went
flawlessly using a USB memory key. Using Loadstate and Scanstate was a
little tricky transferrring files from XP to Vista, but finally got it done.

My question is about the errors I'm getting in attempting to transfer files
from Vista to XP. It's stated it's possible to do this using the switches
"/i:MigSys.xml" and "/targetXP". However, I am getting an error stating that
this can't be done from Vista to XP. Any help would be appreciated.
