Using a tablet in vista

For Christmas I got two things: a laptop with Vista on it, and a tablet. I'm
interested in using the pen tool to write in word 2007, but I can't seem to
figure it out. Do I need to download something? Am I missing a button
somewhere?

It'd be really awesome if someone could help me figure out how I'm supposed
to get it to write in a word 2007 document.

How does your question pertain to Windows Update, meg?
