Using Tesco Online Grocery Service

I have been trying for ages to be able to shop online at Tesco in the UK. The program should allow me to see all available products under a generic title, such as milk, but instead nothing happens and the message "Error on page" appears. I've tried working it through with the tesco support people, but nothing they have suggested has helped. I can use other retailers, such as Asda, online shopping. Any suggestions? Thanks so much.
