Using Vista...windows update..now no webpages open. Help!

Hello,



I use windows Vista and had no problem with the windows update part until
now. I've had this computer for 9 months with no problem and now, this most
recent windows update won't make me open any webpages. I can connect to the
internet because I can chat with my friends on messenger but I cannot open
any websites. I get a "internet explorer is unable to load page" and I don't
know what to do. Here is the list of updates:

Cumulative Security update for activexkillbits for windows vista

Cumalative security update for internet explorer 7 in windows vista

security update for windows vista

security update for windows vista

security update for windows vista

update for windows vista

windows malicious software removal tool

cumulative update for media center for windows vista

update for windows mail junk email filter



I have been doing system restore for the past 6 days because June 11 was the
last day it was working properly. But now that I go to system restore, June
11 isn't on the list to restore to. What am I going to do? Any insight in
this matter is highly appreciated. Thanks.

I got the same problem now..Could you please help me to come over fro
this situation if you have a solution.
