Using Win98SE, keep getting error x8007001F, what's it all about ?

Your help is requested with the above referenced error # [x8007001F]. To
begin with (1) I have absolutely no idea what the error is (specifically, (2)
what are the possible causes, and finally (3) how do I go about resolving
this error #. Please reply, and thanks in advance for any offered
assistance.

Thanks Taurarian, for feedback, I am presently in the process of updating my
Intel 82815 Graphics Controller driver. Earlier today I updated my Korean
Data Systems (KDS), Visual Sensations, color 17 inch monitor, model VS 77,
driver with the latest available for Win98SE per the manufacturer's web
download page . . . no change in Windows Update status yet . . . same result.
Will provide results when 82815 driver is properly updated per Intel's
downloaded file . . . i.e. I will keep you posted.
