Using Windows-Vista disc twice

When i bought my computer in January it never had Windows-Vista so i got the
upgrade disc. What i would like to know am i allowed to use this disc on my
laptop

No - not unless you buy license for Windows Vista for your laptop.
One license is required per PC you install and run the OS on.
