Unfortunately not (at least not without some serious hacks and coding on your part) and
certainly not if we're referring to Vista. Really though, assuming you had credentials to
the machine, if you had some way of determining their public IP, you could just use Remote
Desktop directly into their machine (which is what RA is anyway).
