I set my file conversion to MP3. Why does ripping a cd into my library take
so long?
I'm averaging 1 hour to rip a cd... is this normal? Any ideas?
I'm syncing up to my Sandisk clip.

1 hour is about the normal playing time of a CD.
Maybe you are ripping using the analogue instead of the digital out.

Go to Tools > Options > Devices and check the properties of the optical drive
Playback and Rip should be digital
