USMT migrating LocalAccounts to Domain Accounts - Same PC

I´m tryingo to migrate local Accounts (Netware-based environment) to Domain
Accounts (AD 2008-based accounts) on the SAME machine.

I have a few questions:

1) In LOADSTATE i have to use both parameters: /MD AND /MU? Or only one of
then?

2) I´ve tested with MigApp, MigUser and MigSys and Docs & Sett migrated, but
the "visual style" (classic view for example and wallpaper) does not
migrated. Why?

3) I have to do a first login with the destination/Domain user before using
LOADSTATE?


Users with admin privilege is not a problem on local account nor domain
accounts

I found an utility called MOVEUSER.EXE.

In my testes, work perfectly.

There is a reson to not use it? Or USMT it will be better in some aspect?
