USR.prbdA.exe dll Application fail

At shutdown I get this error (USR.prbdA.exe dll application
fail)...ironically I did a repair install(not from the first repair hit "R"
window but the second) due to another unrelated problem , the error message
(USR. etc...) was gone. 4-5 days later its back....after I reinstalled sp2
and security updates.Does someone know whats up with this and how I fix it?
