UUGGGHH i need help!!!!! i have tried everything

im sorry if this is in the wrong area, but this is my first time using
this forum. not for the problem, when ever i log on to one of my admin
acc's, nothing shows up, its been doing that for a while, i used to just
be able to use ctrl+shift+esc and bring up the task manager and run
explorer.exe and it would run normal again, but now the task manager is
blocked on those acc's, i rly need help because all i have to use my
comp on is a standard acc >.<, i need to know how to fix this please,
and i have tried that program that allows you to change the startup
programs and i put explorer.exe in it and that still didnt work, plz
help me

What is the malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean,
what programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?
