V4 still present yet on V6

Hi

I noticed that with WindowsXP being updated with version 6 of the control
that version 4 is still left installed on my PC.
Why is this? Why was it not removed on the upgrade of the control?
Any instructions for manually removing V4?

WUv4 is still used when you go to the Windows Update Catalog.
