I tried your suggestion. Didn't see the exact problem I have so I read the
FAQ and the "befor you post" suggestions. Down loaded and ran the tool they
want you to run (MGAdiag) then tried to post a new question....killed
IE....just like when I try to run Validation prior to downloading....so I
can't even post a question to MS Forum....I also tried to get Customer
Service either by email or Chat. That requires a product key which the
website will try to check automatically....it could not validate so I got the
product key myself and keyed it in...says it's not valid...so how do I get
support? Is there a phone number I can call to work out the validation
isssues?
