Validation tool and SUS

With all the arguing that goes on in this forum, I am not sure if it is the
place for a legitimate question or not, but here goes..

Does this Windows validation tool do anything with SUS or WSUS clients? Do
I need to push out this validation tool through desktop management sotware
before the workstaitons will update with the local WSUS server?

Hi,

The Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) validation does not affect WSUS or
SUS. It is for clients to go directly to Microsoft Update or Windows
Update.
