Used to be an option where if there was a conflict it would ask you. Note
that a conflict was a case where information changed in a record, on both
the mobile and the fixed machine between syncs. In that case you could also
have opted for either device to always be the authoritative source, and not
ask. Those are the only options now on a conflict; you must choose globally,
which is always considered right.
There has never been any option for data changing on only one device or the
other. It is assumed that the change was made to correct something, and that
is now correct, requiring propagation to other copies.
