Hello NT,

If you update from the MS website you have always the latest correct updates.

hi and thanks both for your answer

i download only from http://www.windowsupdate.com and ii's real that i
search more something like an MD5 hash, something to check the integrity of
files

for me if i went back to the http://www.windowsupdate.com, it will only
seeing on my computer if i had update X or update Y, by loocking the
register or a log file ....?

so i can found that an update X is here but not ensure that it is correctly
instllled ?no

kinds regards
nicolas

I think NT is asking if there is an MD5 hash to compare against the
downloaded update tocheck the integrity of files. If that is the
question, I am not aware of any.......I've always just downloaded them
from http://www.windowsupdate.com as Meinolf suggested....If you are
downloading them from any other site..........good luck
