Shut down Internet Explorer. Then restart IE with administrator privileges.
Then go to
http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag/default.aspx and click on
start diagnostics.
Run both Vista and Office checks. When once you have validated WGA under
administrator privileges you will have no other problems - hopefully!
