It seems to me that this latest update screw the Windows registry. Many of my
(non-Microsoft) software are not working properly anymore. Need to reinstall
and register these other software again. Thanks Bill.

What an idea of doing an upgrade a Friday? Don’t you know Bill that we never
deploy a Friday, a Father’s Day weekend?

I have to convince my boss at work to use Linux so I don’t have to work with
Windows anymore. I am tired!!!

By the way, I am turning off my automatic upgrades.

Happy Father’s Day

I installed all the recent Windows Updates on several computers.
All programs and applications run normally. Perhaps your PC
had problems to begin with. Can you site any specific examples
instead of just generalizing and being rudely sarcastic?

Carey Im having the same problem. On initial startup my computer hangs every
time. If I restart it wont effect it. I originaly had a raid set and thought
the problem might be with one of them so I replaced them with a single ATA
and did a reinstall. Everything worked fine until I updated. Then Bam same
problem.
