very inconvenient with "appeared offline contacts" in new WLM

hi developers

in the newset beta version of WLM, it's very inconvenient to get fun with
those who set his/her status as "appeared offline"

in the previous WLM (WLM8) , althouth he/she is "appeared offline", in the
chat window i can also send files, send clipboard pics with ctrl+v, invite
other onctacts, play games....etc. just if he says something and the software
knows he actually online

but in this 9 vesion, all gone!!!!!
so boring!!!!!!!!!!!!!
