My guess would be that the index has not updated it's records for the
most recent edit on the OOo file yet. If you want to reduce the number
of problems you have with Vista search, either disable indexing (this
slows search somewhat, but also seems to cause less problems) or better
yet, install a 3rd party search utility. There are many out there for
free and just about all seem to work better than the built in Vista
search. Good luck.
