video calls

hi everyone
I have live messenger ver. 8.5 installed.
If I ask one of my contacts to accept a video call, they hear my ring and
accept but the bell keeps ringing and they can't make contact, however, if
they ask me to accept a call, everything works perfectly.
Where can the fault be?
