video card update

every time that I try to play a DVD in either Microsoft media player or real
player I get a message saying Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD
because there is a problem with digital copy protection between your DVD
drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated driver for your
video card. The first time i got the message i installed the update and it
work fine but then a few DVD's later i got the message again and I cant find
anymore updates Ive called gateway and they dont know how to fix it so if any
one could help me that would be great. thanks

In order to be ale to give some help, you need to be more specific.

Which windows version, which media player version, what brand and type of
videocard and where did you download the videocard driver?
