Greetings Harry,
Sort of. Each person just needs to open a conversation window with one another and choose
the Actions menu (or press Alt-A on the keyboard if the menu is hidden), Video and then Show
my webcam (do not use Video Call).
Using this method you can share your webcam with as many people as you choose.
Now for the audio portion, you'll have to use another application, like Skype which supports
multiparty audio (but not video, go figure).
