Video conversation

I have a problem with a friend of mine. I cannot have a video conversation.
She is the only one in my whole contact list. She has a webcam. And in her
case, I'm also the only one in her whole contact list with whom she cannot
have a video conversation. We can call, but cannot see each other. It just
says Loading...
Please help. Thank you.
PS: She is not in my red list as I have disbled this option. And it is the
same for her.
I would appreciate some help as soon as possible

I seem to have the same problem - i would appreciate if someone could tell me
how to deal with it

I seem to be able to use the headphones, but as soon as I click on the webcam
windows live messanger kicks me off. Is there some kind of configuration I
need to do to allow windows live to work with my webcam?
