To burn a DVD, you will need a DVD authoring program, not just a video
converter. if your PC has a DVD burner, then it most likely came with such
a program. look for Nero Vision, or Sonic MyDVD, or Roxio on your PC. if
not you will need to purchase such a program. Also, depending on the
version of Vista you have, Windows movie maker (free with windows) may
include a DVD creator.
