Video Driver got uninstalled

Help! Ive tried everything but my display properties is stuck on 16 colors
and 640 x 480 display, ive heard that i should install video driver or
whatever but i have no idea what anyone is talking about, i stried to search
for on dell.com and it i find nothing i have windows 2000...enauk ne at
if you know what to do and theand the steph by steph

You need to download the newest video drivers for your particular video
card. This is done by visiting the website of the manufacturer of your
video card, finding the link they provide for drivers and downloading the
one made for your card. They will have the instructions you need.

And use standard English, correct grammar, punctuation and a spell checker.

i have the same problem but i have a hewitt packard and windows xp home. i
don't now what to do

Yeah i tried to find the information of my bios but there was no name next to
it, now what do i do

OK. Right click an empty area of your desktop and choose
Properties>Settings>Advanced>Adapter. You will see the name of your video
card, or chip, displayed there.

With very few exceptions, it will likely be either an ATI product or an
NVidia product.

Great, now it wont let me right click, am i going to the right place, start
menu.>acessorries>system tools>system information?

or is there another way to find it out

o and when i tried to do the setting>advanded thing it said unknown next to it
