Ok, I will try this since I have yet to get an email back from MSN windows
live messenger. For several months I have been getting this error message
while in a video call:
"Windows Live Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience." then in that same box it says  "if you are in
the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.
PLEASE TELL MICROSOFT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM!
I get the problem and not my sister who is who I am on video call with. I
freeze with that message and she can still hear me and see me, but I am
completely frozen on my screen! I did everything I was told to do, but it
still is happening. I have sinced emailed them with the answers to their
questions and even sent Connectivity logs to them and I still haven't heard
anything and I still am having a lot of trouble! PLEASE Tell me I am not
wasting my time with this or I will probably scream. The newest problem is I
keep trying to email MSN/microsoft with a new connectivy log and I get it
returned saying that the email is too big for their server! Come on, this is
freaking Microsoft what a load. I hope someone can help as I am at my wits
end with this whole thing.
