Greetings,
The voiceclips (by the smiley button) should always work as they're sent like normal text
through Messenger.
As well, Messenger provides relays for both audio and video if you are behind a router which
isn't allow incoming connections or a blocked incoming firewall.
What's probably happening is either of you is in a constrained networking environment and
Messenger can't reach the proper relays to make it work. Any idea what kind of networking
environment person B is in? Routers, at work, etc.?
In general, to establish a reliable connection to your peers in a standard home environment,
Messenger needs full access to any software firewall and if using a router or similar device,
requires Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) support enabled.
