Right click on the taskbar and select properties.
Go to the start menu tab and select Customize.
On Windows 7 I can add the Videos the same way as I can the Documents,
Music, Games etc but I see on Vista I can't. You might be able to get
relatively close by making your Personal folder as a menu.
Then you can go to Videos by browsing the submenu given.
