Hi,
If running IE8 or IE9, try clearing the cache completely.
Be sure to uncheck the box "Preserve favorites website data" on the Delete
Browsing History screen.
A larger cache will probably not help. Anything over 250MB is rarely
necessary. Set that from Internet Options> General> Browsing History>
Settings.
