view and copy

Recently I viewed a copied to my computer. I attempted to do it again today
and I get nothing. My hourglass just goes back to arrow. I'm also having
problems with my Media center. Can anyone help?

I do not understand the question? What exactly are you trying to do?

Does this relate to Windows Update?
