how to view chinese language in vista utimate eng. ver.?

hi, i just installed vista utimate in my system & found that it cant
view chinese language when i try to install chinese software. (i'm
install thunder prog.) this won't be happened when i using xp before. i
try to chg language but still fail. anyone expert can help me on it?

Above is the info on how to obtain Language Packs for Vista ultimate.
Ultimate does not already come with them; they have to be downloaded from MS.

I have the same issue with U71498 and I have downloaded and installed the
Language pack for the Vista Ultimate...some charators in the Chinese software
show correctly, but most not, any advise? I appreciate your help in advance..
