I have defragged my disk, but I was curious if there was a way to view the
level of defragmentation?

Not inherent to Vista, you need to use a 3rd party product like the free
Auslogics defragmentor:

No. For advanced defragmation software obtain a 3rd party software pkg. The
version that ships with Vista is supposed to be a sort of 'set it and forget
it' utility and is sufficient for many people. However, if you are and
enthusiast and are interested in defragmentation and/or have a specialty
need, then get 3rd party.

Hi,
With the default Vista defragmenter, there is no way to get a graphica
drive map indicating file fragmentation.

You can, however, get verbose text analysis by typing the followin
at the command prompt*. For eg, for analyzing drive C

DEFRAG C: -A -
note the spaces, they must be included

Do note that fragments larger than 64MB are not listed in th
analysis.
* you need to open the cmd prompt with administrative privileges i.
right click on the icon and run as admin.

Hope this helps.

Best regards
