how to view entire picture in Paint

How can I view my entire picture in Paint? I know you can magnify it, but can
you shrink? Or do I have to save it, then use a different program to shrink,
and THEN go back to Paint to work on the file?

Help?

Have you tried resize under the image tab?

My copy of Paint does not have a Image Tab or resize under it.
What version of Paint are you using?

You mean your Paint does not have the bar with,
File Edit View Image Colors Help?
